    Functional Training

    The method of Crossfit can be used to accomplish any goal. This track allows you to improve your health, wellness and performance. The program works for everyone, whether you are are just starting or you've been working out a long time, there are equal benefits by using this track.

    There us a ton of variance, utilizing barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics, and conditioning movements to improve your fitness and make you stronger, faster, and leaner.

    ✔ Increase Overall Strength, Power, Endurance

    ✔ Improve functional movements and work on high intensity interval training

    ✔ 6 Working Days/Week

    IRON Strength

    Iron strength allows you to improve your overall strength. The program works for everyone, whether you are are just starting or you've been working out a long time, there are many benefits by using this track.

    There us a ton of variance, utilizing barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and some bodyweight pulling to improve your your strength and power.

    Shred Bodybuilding

    Isolation at it's finest. Gain better body awareness, build specific muscle groups and get leaner along the way. This track allows you to really get focused on certain areas of the body, strengthening and toning and feeling super confident along the way.

    In this track, you will be utilizing barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight movements, and conditioning movements to improve your fitness and make you stronger, leaner and looking good.

    ✔ Increase Muscle Size

    ✔ Improve body aesthetics

    ✔ 5 Working Days/Week 

    ✔ 60min Sessions

    ✔ Functional fitness equipment required (ie. barbells & plates, dumbbells rower, bike, ski-erg, pull-up bar, etc.)

    Injury Prevention

    Aches? Pains? Imbalences? These can all be improved by focusing on specific exercises that will help balance out and improve symmetry across the body.

    This track will guide you through a series of both upper and Lower body corrective exercises that will help you improve your mechanics and mobility.

    ✔ Increase Mechanical Symmetry

    ✔ Improve functional movements

    ✔ 3 Working Days/Week 

    ✔ 40min Sessions

    ✔ Fitness equipment required (ie. bands, foam roller, yoga blocks, etc.) 

    Lactic

    Endurance & conditioning. This Lactic track allows you to improve your your aerobic capacity. The program works for everyone, whether you are are just starting or you've been working out a long time, there are equal benefits by using this track.

    The variance of this track will be amongst running, rowing, ski erg, bike, and bodyweight movements like jump ropes and burpee etc.
